Kind Patient Services
was founded by members of the San Diego community who wanted to be
able to support others with similar health issues, and help promote a
clean and healthy lifestyle with natural holistic medical treatments as
opposed to chemical medicines manufactured by pharmaceutical companies.

To provide our members with
safe access to a legal low cost option to the highest quality holistic
medical treatment available, and to collectively be charitable and
responsible members of our community.
1.)
Kind Patient Services is a compassionate Collective that serves the
needs of its patients.
2.)
Kind Patient Services encourages our members to let us know what we can
do to help you. We encourage our patients to be active participants in
the Collective and lend their help, skills and talents in any way they
wish.
3.) All
management and staff of Kind Patient Services are required to have
participated in on the job training in both patient care and proper
medicine dosage for medical marijuana patients.
4.) Kind
Patient Services will offer various wellness and holistic treatment
products. Kind Patient
Services will continually assess the requests of our patients, and
sometimes request input from our patients, to see what other types of
services and products you need, and we will do our best to provide those
services and offer those products whenever it is financially feasible.
5.) Kind
Patient Services management and staff strive to serve as role models to
both the membership and the medical marijuana community at large by
volunteering time to other charitable causes and organizations. Kind
Patient Services encourages its members organize and participate in
community serving activities.
6.) Kind
Patient Services will donate a minimum of 10% of net donations to
charitable causes that serve children, the disabled, veterans, and the
elderly community.
7.)
Kind Patient Services will offer discounted medical
marijuana to the disabled, veterans, and qualified patients over the age
of 60 years old with a valid ID.

One of our founding members has a condition
that has required medical treatment since he was a child, and medical
marijuana has proven to be a healthy and safe alternative to
manufactured medications. Another of our founding members has a broken
back for a sports accident, and needs to treat regularly to help with
the chronic pain. They both understand the needs of MMJ patients, and
welcome everyone to join our collective. The Chairman of our Board of
Directors has been actively involved in community service activities
since he was 15, and has an impressive list of organizations and efforts
he has served. Together as a collective community, we are here for you,
and are working to bring the best holistic medical treatments available for
qualified patients throughout the greater San Diego area.

As qualified medical
marijuana patients under
California
law, we have chosen to associate collectively or cooperatively to
cultivate marijuana for medical purposes. All members of our collective
contribute labor, materials, or funds, and all will receive medicine. We
formed this collective in accordance with California Health and Safety
Code § 11362.775, which states:
“Qualified
patients, persons with valid identification cards, and the designated
primary caregivers of qualified patients and persons with identification
cards, who associate within the State of California in order
collectively or cooperatively to cultivate marijuana for medical
purposes, shall not solely on the basis of that fact be subject to state
criminal sanctions under Section 11357, 11358, 11359, 11360, 11366,
11366.5, or 11570.”
